The Satin Midi skirt …. Styled 3 ways

The Satin Midi skirt …. in leopard of course! Styled 3 ways for us plus sized girls.

I had recently seen a post on Instagram where Kiera (justthefwordblog) had styled a satin skirt.

I had ordered one from ASOS (product code 1387098) while I was travelling and loved that it was a beautiful gold leopard print. Perfect in my opinion for spring outfits! I would also say that sizing down with this skirt is best.

So here is my way to style it 3 ways:

Style One
This is the perfect spring/summer outfit. I have teamed the skirt with a pair of lace up sandals from simply be, a light ribbed top from George at Asda and a longline cardigan which is old from ebay.

I love the neutral colours and it would be super easy to mix the colours up with a neon lime top and a black cardigan over the top.

Style Two
Spring evening or even an autumnal evening would be perfect with this jumper from Primark. I picked it up in London for £5 but hm have these chunky knits every year as do most high street stores. A pair of chunky heeled boots (these ones are from simply be) and you are set for cooler weather or even a drop of rain!

Style Three
Full on vamp here with my sheer black shirt. I’ve actually got a couple of these in my wardrobe as they are super versatile. This one is from newlook but I also have one from simply be. Perfect over a vest top and jeans as well as tucked in.

I’ve teamed this with a pair of sandals from simply be as they have an amazing range of wide fit shoes. They are bang on trend yet cater to wide and extra wide feet widths as well as up to size 9!

I’ve popped on a liquid lipstick from Jordana Ticia. This is in the shade “PAINT THE TOWN” which I adore! I picked mine up in BTY Cosmetics in Belfast after seeing the stunning Stacey Marie MUA wearing it on Instagram.

So there you have it! My three ways to style a satin midi skirt. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did.

Until next time,

Christine
