    Kildare Village Trip (#NIBloggerBrunch)

Kildare Village Trip (#NIBloggerBrunch) As a blogger in Northern Ireland I am very lucky to have the expertise and knowledge of the beautiful Cathy Martin behind me. She is boss lady extraordinaire and also the founder of the #NIBloggerBrunch as well as Belfast Fashion Week. She has her own business at CMPR and takes precious time out from all this not only to blog herself at The F Words but to support all us local bloggers by bringing us together. This event was something a little more special. Cathy and Kildare Village had collaborated in order to bring nearly 80 bloggers from the North down to Kildare Village for a day…

    Liverpool 2018

Liverpool I know I’ve written a piece about the experiences we had on the way to Liverpool here with Stena Line. However I wanted to have a quick jot down of all the things to note from our actual stay in Liverpool. Subsequently I truly feel that we needed an extra day or two. I had it on our list to go “out out” and tbh we really ran out of time. Spending We spent £150.76 each during our time in Liverpool. This included all our food as breakfast was not included at our hotel. I think this was very good value for money considering all we were able to…

Juicing myself healthier – Skinny Malinkys

Juicing myself healthier – Skinny Malinkys I’m not quite sure where to start this post. For the past few years I have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome as part of the fibromyalgia. Chronic complaints Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can cause abdominal pain alongside either diarrhoea or constipation (or both!) It affects my sleep, anxiety levels and obviously causes me to have to spend more time than I would want near to a bathroom.  As with the fibromyalgia I have tried all the pills and doctor/medical professional recommended routes of treatment. I must admit to having a degree of control over how it affects me and my life but then again…
